You'll need an active Bangladeshi mobile number (linked to bKash/Nagad), an email address, and your National ID or passport number. You must be at least 18 years old.

No. Only one jeetwa account is allowed per mobile number, email address, and national ID. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them may be closed and the balances forfeited.
